Jeannie Harrell, MA LPC
I graduated from Georgetown University in 1986 and from William and Mary Law School in 1989. My husband and I moved to the Lowcountry in 1990 and raised our three children, now young adults, here. Along the way, I have worked as a lawyer and a freelance writer and have volunteered at a variety of schools and community organizations. In 2015, I began the Master’s in Clinical Counseling program at The Citadel Graduate College. While there, I interned at a day program for people with severe mental illness and at the College of Charleston. Since graduating, I've also completed intensive trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia and in grief treatment. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
